Front-end Engineer (React)
MobileODT is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Front-end developer that can provide technical expertise to facilitate the development of our Front-end system.
Skills and Experience:
  • Must have understanding of core JavaScript concepts: Event Loop, Closures, OOP.
  • Must have 2+ years of proven experience in development of large systems with modern JavaScript Frameworks like React, Angular, Vue or Svetle.
  • Experience in React Hooks, RxJS, Ramda, React Testing Library, Cypress (or other E2E tool), XState, TailwindCSS, Typescript –  an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture – an advantage
  • Experience in Agile development methodology – an advantage.
  • Ability to look at the “high-level picture” and anticipate how one change can have a ripple effect across the system.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and Team Player.

QA Engineer

MobileODT is looking for a talented and enthusiastic QA engineer that will provide technical expertise to facilitate E2E testing of MobileODT’s EVA system. This includes building and maintaining automation and manual testing scripts, running E2E tests using automation on mobile and web apps, running load and stress tests, sanity and regression testing.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in testing of complex and large software systems.

  • Manual testing – black.white box testing

  • Well experience with testing mobile and web apps using automation tools (Selenium, Appium).

  • Knowledge and experience writing STD/STR documentation

  • Familiar with CE, FDA and ISO 13485 (medical devices) – significant advantage

  • Experience with REST API, HTTPS, SQL & NoSQL Databases – an advantage

  • Familiar with load and stress testing procedures – an advantage

  • Experience in Agile development methodology

  • Ability to look at the “bigger picture” and anticipate how one change can have a ripple effect across the system

  • Strong verbal and written English skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and Team Player

Technical Support Manager

MobileODT is looking for a professional and dedicated technical support manager that will provide technical support and expertise in resolving customer queries with efficient and optimal solutions, guide and train end-users through the product features and facilitate tier-1 and tier-2 support levels, including training other tier-1 support representatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Onboard new customers – setup, troubleshooting and training new end-users

  • Identifying customer needs and assisting end-users through using the product’s features

  • Analyzing and reporting product bugs and critical issues

  • Follow-up with customers upon issues resolution

  • Gather customers feedbacks and escalate as product feature requests

  • Support the sales representatives with subscription setup and renewals

Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience as a customer support specialist or similar CS role

  • Engineering \ B.Sc degree or equivalent

  • Familiarity with the medical device industry or the digital healthcare environment

  • Experience working CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Knowledge running SQL & NoSQL (JSON based) DB queries

  • Time-management skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Ability to work efficiently in a demanding and stressful environment

  • Innovative, problem solver, agile, and adaptive to changes

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for saving lives with technology and making a positive impact in the world!
