Connecting clinicians to benefit patients

Join us for a practical exploration of how telehealth solutions apply to gynecology and how they can expand access to care by connecting clinicians in remote locations.

Millions of patients do not receive the care they need because they cannot access the diagnostic services required to save their lives. Today a growing number of healthcare networks are turning to telehealth solutions to bring patients, clinicians, and specialists together to overcome these challenges. In gynecology, this has particular value for increasing access to expert care in underserved areas.

In this guide you will learn:
  • The challenge in providing gynecologic care in underserved populations
  • How teleconsultation differs from other telehealth solutions
  • How clinicians benefit from teleconsultation
  • Stastical evidence of patient attitudes towards teleconsultation
  • How teleconsultation is evolving the nature of gynecology

“Teleconsultation allows clinicians to honor the trust placed in them by their patients and give them patients the highest level of care.”

MobileODT Women’s Health Special Populations Project

MobileODT has the honor of working with women’s health clinicians around the world. Increasing immigration and shifts in social norms have led many healthcare providers to interact with patients from unfamiliar backgrounds with unfamiliar considerations.

Our Special Populations Project taps into the collective knowledge within the network of EVA System users that spans 42 countries, to give other clinicians an insider’s view on certain special populations.

These guides are intended to start the conversation and to give clinicians an initial sense of the issues involved. Official protocols and local guidelines should be adhered to in every case.
