MobileODT CEO Ariel Beery with Sir Richard Branson and XTC finalists on Necker Island.

Considered to be the world’s largest start-up competition, the Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) empowers entrepreneurs and their teams with the exposure, resources, and connections to improve their business’ scalability, success, and access to key investors. Out of thousands of other aspiring entrepreneurs, MobileODT made it to the Top 10! With a judge’s panel lead by Sir Richard Branson, XTC was an amazing experience that culminated in attending CES and visit to Branson’s own Necker Island.

As part of the XTC event, MobileODT was honored to receive the IBM Prize for its use of analytics, real time data, cloud services and machine learning with the EVA System – a mobile, digital colposcope used for screening in cervical cancer. The award included IBM technical and business development resources, free IBM cloud resources and the potential for future business partnerships. Congratulations to our CEO and Co-Founder, Ariel Beery and David Levitz on your achievement!
